Just Bought Titanium. No Info On Disk.

I just bought Roxio Titanium about an hour ago. I put the disk into my disk drive, but the disk seems to be empty, there's no installation or setup information coming from the disk. There is a serial# on the CD sleeve, can I download Titanium from the internet for free, then use my serial# to activate it?

The Software is Roxio Toast 14 Titanium

Are you sure your drive is reading the disc?

 

Does the drive read other Software disc's?

 

If yes, return it to the store you bought it from and show them the disc is empty.

And it's a DVD, not a CD. (Hard to imagine the drive you're using isn't a DVD drive, but just in case.)
