Video Wave Stopped Working - Error

Just upgraded to Creator NXT 4. Created a video within the program and am now trying to export for use with Windows Media Player. I keep getting an error message that states "Video Wave has stopped working". Can someone please urgently help? I need this video/slide show for an event this weekend!

 

Have previous experience with an older version and the exports always worked fine.

Turn Off your antivirus program then start the NXT Install.

 

Choose Repair when it presents it.

 

AV back on. Reboot.

Thank you so much for the advice. As I had suspected, when we tried to uninstall the older version of the Roxio program, there was a portion that did not uninstall, and seemed to be very difficult to find. Once that was finally located and uninstalled fully, it transferred and worked liked a charm.
