Question

Hope I can get some guidance. Have several videos shot on an iphone in portrait. These videos were later transferred to my PC. I've just used VC&C to rotate the videos to landscape and saved them. Not having done this before, but is it possible to now transfer the videos to iTunes or back to the iphone using VC&C ? If possible, how?

No - nothing touches an iPhone but iTunes as far as adding to an iPhone. (you can copy them FROM an iPhone with Explorer)

You can output from VCC in the pre-select for iPhone then you would have to use iTunes to put them on your phone.

The only other method, and there are several, a special program has to be used to convert the file to one that is compatible with iTunes or an iphone or ipad, and use a link to download the files to

the device(s). No sure what it does if prior to converting a video file using VC&C when the ipad or iphone is selected as the source in VC&C. Is the ipda or iphone supposed to be connected to the PC

at some point during or after the conversion? The information provide for operating VC&C is rather sparse.

Aren't there apps for the iPhone that will rotate the video on the iPhone?

There are apps that rotate the images. Unfortunately, after the images were transferred to the PC, the back up images in the cloud were lost. So there is no opportunity to recover them. Will have to look for an app to get them back on the iphone so the images can be rotated.

There are apps that rotate the images...

Don't make this so hard! Use Windows Explorer, it is a built in function

Okay guys. How should I make out the check, and where should I mail them? Thanks a bunch. Surprisingly to me I've used this feature in the past. It might be blamed on CRS. Is it necessary to explain what it means? Again, thanks for your help.

No need to explain. We have all been down that forgetting road. :)

Added the iphone created videos to the slide show while in Videowave and then rotated them. Very neat. The challenging part was finding the correct length audio tracks to add on each side of the videos so that the audio tracks didn't overrun or impinge on the audio recorded on the video. All works fine and completed the slideshow. Now left with one more slide show with two videos to add. Thanks again for the help.
