You don't come here very often do you?

The program is broken in several ways:

1) The option to make a DVD doesn't work.

2) The option to make an mp4 file doesn't work

3) If you have the desktop version of PhotoShow 6 and you are running w8 or W10, Then a recent update from Windows broke the program so it doesn;t run.

4) If you are still running W7 or earlier, then you can use that to download your PhotoShows to your computer. Select the one you want to burn to the DVD and in the third step, make an mpg2 file and then burn that wil a free program (Windows Movie Maker will work).

5) I think the on-line sharing still works so you can post the PhotoShow to your family and friends.

If none of those suits you, get your money back after downloading all your PhotoShows to your desktop.

Thanks for you info. I posted a question about Windows 10 but you had already answered it

I have the same problem. Roxio product does not work on my new computer with windows 10. I have attempted many times to get Roxio to fix the problem and it still does not work. you would think they would provide a fix for window 10 like other software companies do.

FITTRO: Did you read the information in post 2?

Just to add more information. The ONLINE PhotoShow can be opened in W10 Edge browser or with the older IE that is still on your computer. What you cannot do is use the downloaded version to make or share a PhotoShow..
