Printer Problem - Split

I'm having the same problem with CREATOR NXT.

When trying to print from Photosuite whilst using a USB connected HP Deskjet 2540 printer the print commands and preferences respond normally but when the final print command is selected the option to 'cancel' message box pops up briefly and then nothing, no print and no response.

There is no item queued in the printer list and its as though the print command isn't getting through to the printer.

Tried updating the printer with all the latest drivers and updates but no change.

Previously used a Brother printer and experienced no problems like this.

Roxio support consulted but they no longer support CREATOR NXT.

The HP printer works fine with other documents and images, just not with Photosuite.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Having the same issue ... went to tech .. tried various attempts to fix amd got this response after all failed ... so here I be ... HELP !!

Upon further research on your case, it seems that this is a known issue with the program. This issue has been escalated to the engineering team for investigation. Once fixed, latest Patches and Updates will prompt you.

Kenpensouth - Please limit your questions to just once AND do so in your own thread rather than threadjacxking one. If you do as you are doing, no one knows if any answers are for you or the original poster.


Also you dn;t seem to have this version. NXT 4 is the only one completely compatible with Windows 10.
