Interrupted Installation Message (Log File Attached)



Please help.


I'm receiving an error message "Roxio Game Capture HD PRO was interrupted. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.


I'm trying to install this on a fully updated windows 10 laptop. (well, fully updated at the time of writing this).


I am installing this for the first time from the supplied cd


I have attached the log file as instructed in the sticky.


Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

Just wanna say that I found the solution.


Upon reading the log I noticed that there were several error messages indicating issues with Directx_feb_2010


I went to a Microsoft site mentioned in a similar post on this forum, downloaded and installed the problem file, and bingo worked like a charm.
