Hello, I have under different user names and accounts over the years contacted Roxio for the plethora of issues I faced with the Game Capture and Game Capture HD Pro and I would just like to say my experience has been horrible. If you intend to buy a Roxio product in the future I implore that you don't and save your money for something that isn't like this, where you toss your money into a ditch. Everything about the software is broken, it rarely works, and until just recently, I could not even get the program for Game Capture to open. Software updates are a rarity and when they occur they often don't even fix the issues that are present, it's almost as if this product was a complete back seat afterthought. My main issue however lies in the forums. The administrators present to help solve your problems are ignorant and clueless. They do not even know their own product! I would like to elaborate on one particular member, Jim Hardin, who I believe to be the worst customer support representative I have ever dealt with. He is quite clearly too "out of date" with the latest technology to have any idea how to fix issues with an already terrible product. I do not know who he thinks he is, being so ignorant as to blame and individuals hardware for his joke of a product. It is disgusting how condescending and visibly irritated he sounds to be dealing with problems he is supposed to have solved. In conclusion, do not deal with roxio anymore, I cannot stress this enough. I have dealt with bad companies in my time, but this is by far the worst. You've been warned
