Need Help With Recording!

Question

So i had this roxio for some time now and only recently its stopped working.

 

I had to reinstall the drivers/software about 5 hours ago and then when i reopened it it has this (The lines down the preview screen):

Can someone please help me?

 

I was able to record with it before and then this happened :(

We call it the 'rainbow' :lol:

Only note I have on that one is this Repair process:
(Add Nothing! - Skip Nothing!)

Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.

Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc.

Be sure you accept the offer to Check for Updates (this is for Roxio, not Windows)

When the Install completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
