ogdens Posted January 1, 2016 Report Share Posted January 1, 2016 Is the "no signal" Red or Green" ?. Are you getting a signal on your TV?. Tell us HOW you are connected from your console, what type of cables (hdmi or component) ?. Check your Xbox One display settings to make sure you have Resolution SET as well as TV connection... ogdens Posted January 1, 2016 Report Share Posted January 1, 2016 Red indicates that the Roxio device is being recognized properly, but it is not receiving a signal.. Make sure you have manually set the output of the Xbox to be a specific resolution, (1080i, or 720p). If you don't tell it what to output, when it connects to the RGC HD Pro, it doesn't know what to set as the output, and keeps flopping around. NO Auto-Detect. Look at the link in post #4. .
