Roxio Hd Pro Wont Work

Question

Hello, I recently bought a Roxio HD Pro, and I struggled to get it started, but in the end from following these forums I managed to resolve the problem, but when i started to record, the video started to lag. So I decided to buy myself a new Gaming Laptop because i thought it was the laptop itself, but now i'm trying to start it all up and the screen is coming up blue on my laptop and partly purple on my tv, I've got an xbox one, and i'm using a Laptop which has 1TB, 8GB RAM, i7 hard drive. Can someone please help!!!

WHAT are you hooked up to? (Xbox - PSx - Atari)

 

HOW?

 

Have you tried a completely different source? (DVD or BD Player)

Which video lagged? If on the preview screen, that's normal. That's the amount of time it takes for the Game Capture HD Pro to encode the video stream and send it to the PC. It's usually about 1.5 - 2 seconds. A faster PC won't change that. You can't play your game by watching the preview screen, that's only to be able to monitor the signal. You have to play using the "pass thru" signal on a different display.
