Create A Dvd Does Not Recognize Dvd/resolution Error Sign

When attempting to burn a dvd through the create a dvd application, I received the message, "insert a compatible dvd." However after several attempts with differ manufactured dvds, I still getting the message.

 

Moreover, even though my resolution and color is set above min. specs, the applications when opened do not fit the screen, and I cannot see both the top and bottom bar.

 

I never had had this much difficulty with a new product, nor with contacting the company. I am thinking about returning the program. Unless it is fixed, it is useless to me.

Reset your text size in Windows to 100% [96 d.p.i.] to make the application screens properly visible. I can't give you detailed instructions about how to do that because it varies between Windows versions and you didn't say what you're using.

 

If you intend to return the software, don't leave it too late.
