I Need Help Pls

I've Been using The Roxio Capture Card Pro for a year and then one day it stop working. i cant click on anything, and when i plug anything in it has no input

and no signal. Also i just updated it to thinking that would work but its still the same. can somebody please help me

Open Device Manager with the Roxio Game Capture Plugged into your PC USB port.

 

Does this show in Device Manager?

 

 

Does anything show under other devices?

Other Devices Doesn't Show. But The Roxio Shows

The green 'No Signal is a key clue here. It means the RGC Device is not recognized by your PC.

 

Try ALL the USB ports on your PC.(the No Signal will turn to Red if is sees it)

 

Replace the USB cable and repeat the Ports test.

 

Note that is the RGC device has a light or 2 lit up, it means nothing more than it has enough power to light the lights

 

Let us know and if it doesn't work supply all the info about your PC and how you are connecting to it with the RGC. (don't be shy, details count!)
