The roxio card will NOT work with Composite cables. You are going to have to spend a few bucks...here is a cheap way

Sorry, you can't use a composite signal for recording with the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro, you have to have component (or HDMI) cables/signals.

 

So, based on your not wanting to buy anything, there is indeed nothing to suggest.
