KB3126587KB3134814KB3126593 Control Panel – Programs and Features – View installed updates Search for them one at a time and uninstall one. (thinking they are around 2/12/16) You can skip the ‘Reboot’ until all 3 are gone.It should work again as soon as you finish the reboot. Worse case, do a repair. Edit: Another possible solution has been brought to my attention and that is re-registering a particular DLL... REGSVR32 c:\windows\system32\qcap.dll Cut and paste that into your Start - Search (Win 7 and XP) or Ask me anything in Win 10 And yet another possible workaround is to turn Voice OFF in the settings: (this does not effect Audio, only your microphone voice input) If you have any other issues, please start a New Topic, as this one is locked.
