Did you try this method from TiVo (link)? Where did you read that you could transfer files from a Tivo device via NXT4 -- what program within NXT 4. I was going to look at more informaton for you but you did't provide me with enough information to even start looking. Like - what computer do you have, what kind of connection between theTiVo and your computer, etc. The more information you provide, the faster you may get an answer.
