The Version on the CD works, but is limited on features. Some help would be nice. Also the support does not respond on emails.... 0 Jim_Hardin Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 It isn't the update Could be your install has gone south so let's try a repair this way: Unplug your RGC Device and put it aside until you are completely finished.Download and install the Revo Uninstaller. Then run it in Moderate Mode to remove any traces of Roxio.Then turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.Now run your SP2 update.If it offers to check for updates, don’t as this is the latest and greatest.When the Install completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot. 0 Jim_Hardin Posted March 8, 2016 Report Share Posted March 8, 2016 Still not the software, I have XP, Win 7 (2) and Win 10 (2) + Win 8 for a time. No issues. You need to download again to assure that the file is not corrupt, then repeat, step by step, the above Also do a Win-Pause and tell us all the System information that shows up there.
