Playback Prohibited By Area Limitations

Question

Hello I am having a problem with burning a disk and "Playback prohibited by area limitations" comes up. When I check the resolution of the vts files recorded on the disk they are 720/576. I know that's a pal format and they need to be 720/480. I'm not sure with the software I bought Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning how to change those numbers so it burns those on a disk so it will play in my dvd player. The media I use Verbatim and has worked before on a different computer. I now have a windows 10 laptop and bought this software and installed and this is the problem I am having now. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
