If no drivers are showing how can you expect the device to work?

With the device plugged in open device manager and expand other devices then highlight the entry and right click on it and click uninstall.

Unplug the Roxio USB Device and leave it unplugged until I tell you to plug it back in!

Reboot the PC when it's up and running shut down all running programs including antivirus/firewall software.

Now insert your V2D 3 Plus disc and run choose repair when it is offered when finished reboot the PC.

When it's up and running open device manager expand sound video and game controllers now plugin the Roxio USB Device into a working USB port. What shows up in device manager what drivers I showed in post # 3?

When you get the drivers showing open the software and update the Windows 10 patch through the program.

First time on Windows 10, everything went smoothly. Walked away for a couple of hours and connected the device and it is not recognized now. Not sure what to do from here.

Did you update the program for Windows 10 (compatibility patch) ? Here it is (link) Remember to NOT have the USB device plugged in unless it asks you to until after you reboot.

No go with the Windows 10 patch. My Device Manager shows an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) under Universal Serial Bus controllers. Nothing related to Roxio anything shows under Sound, video and game controllers. I have tried every one of my USB connections. I have uninstalled the software and started over. No go.

Also, have tried on Windows 7 on a different computer. Device just not recognized.

I think at this time after numerous attempts (even going back to a restore point, etc.) I hate to give up. Had such high hopes. Hoping the retail store will at least let me try another one. Could be the device itself.
