luckyvic
When I try to add files, I get the "media selector not responding" error. When I try to do a repair, can't locate "Roxio content 14.msi. Roxio came installed when I bought my Dell computer (Win7), so there isn't a disc. Roxio came installed when I bought my Dell computer (Win7), so there isn't a disc. Since that product came pre-installed (OEM), all support and an additional disc should be provided to you by Dell. What you have is a limited version of the product. Dell should be able to tell you what is removed/limited. By the way, did you use Windows to search for the msi? Jim_Hardin
I don't have the link but you can go to Dell's support site and there is a place to find the software that came with your computer (service tag) and from there, download the software. Once you have it (burn a copy) you can use that to do a repair.
