Can I Get Roxio Software?

So my problem is on my old computer i had my roxio game capture pro hd software on there. Once i upgraded to windows 10 my computer was wiped out and i lost the software. I need help on that i still have my product key and my product is still registered with the website. But where can i get the software back on my computer so i can start making videos and live streaming again? I really need help with this as soon as possible.

Go here and download the SP2 download it is the full program, Download Service Pack 2.0

 

Use you CD key when installing.

What type of internet connection do you have for the download?

 

When the file was downloading were you using the PC with all kinds of programs open?

 

If you have a friend with a fast cable internet connection have them download it and burn it to a DVD.
