Roxio Game Capture Problems

As long as the Capture Device itself is powered, the lights are on.


Only guessing here but if your are going out, Might mean the power is failing on that USB port. Try all other ports and if you have Powered Hub, try that. NOTE the device Will Not Work through a powered hub!!! Just want to see if we can keep the lights on ;)

I just want to double check what you are saying......


You have plugged the Roxio Game Capture HD Pro USB unit into 3 different computers. and the light that is normally Blue is RED.


Sure looks like you have a defective unit :(
