Can't Record. Preview Screen Trips Out

It is going from Ready (good signal) to No Signal which normally indicates that you have some settings wrong in your console Change the settings to a specific resolution output, and never use Auto Detect.

Update set console output to 1080p still not working

Did you try another setting ....1080i/720p and make sure you have any Auto detect turned off.

If that doesn't work, I have unplugged and rugged the capture card from the computer. Either that or restarting the software and/or the computer, in that order.
