Sicurezza
I bought NXT Pro 4 yesterday and today I received my Blu-ray writer/player, Pioneer BDR-UBK. Updated with the latest firmware 1.34 I have burned DVD:s and CD:s with sucess. I can play DVD:s and CD:s. WinDVD (version 10.8) won´t play a Blu-ray: "Media not supported". I installed all updates during the installation and I have the Blu-ray plugin. Blu-ray is an option in MyDVD, as well as DVD and AVCHD. NXT Pro 4 is registrated and activated. I´m running Windows 8.1 x64 with updates. What am I missing?
sknis
Nothing. The "free" WinDVD will play only DVDs and AVCHD disc. From the "why upgrade" chart: Note that there is a checkmark only for the Pro version. DVD Creation + Playback Creator NXT 4 Creator NXT Pro 4 Easy DVD and AVCHD disc playback for your PC with WinDVD Use the Video Player that came with your burner/player. Which one was it? Sicurezza
Media Suite 10 from Cyber Link came with the player, but it was in the box and I missed it. I was very close to buy PowerDVD 15 Ultra or WinDVD Pro 11. It works to play Blu-ray movies now. Thank you!
