Hi, I have been attempting to use my Roxio Game Capture HD Pro for quite some time now, and I have made progress but still cannot get it to work. I recently installed an update sent to me by tech support that fixed my original issue of my computer not reading my capture card, and now the green no signal message has turned to a red no signal message. Can someone please help me fix this issue? I am eager to begin recording as soon as possible.
