MSI (s) (A8:10) [16:46:10:237]: Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Roxio Game Capture HD PRO. Product Version: 1.0.135. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Roxio. Installation success or error status: 1603.

I have also noticed this error while looking through the log.

I'm installing straight from the disc.

Okay, so in post #4, with the link to instructions to first copy everything from the disc to your hard drive, and then installing from the files on the hard drive, which you said you did several times... did you do that? Were there any errors when you were copying files to the hard drive? And did you actually then install from the files on the hard drive?

It sort of looks like a .NET issue. There's another thread here (link) that guided someone else through manually installing the .NET framework, and then downloading the Game Capture HD Pro SP2 software. See if anything there helps.

The SP2 download is a full installer, and should work with your existing key. But you may need to manually install the .NET framework first. Let us know if anything from that helps.

Checking if there is a newer version of setup available to download

08/24/16 16:37:00 - The version of setup available on the update site is: 3.56.5.0, and will not be downloaded

Have you always allowed the installation to check for updates?
