Rob C.
New install of Photosuite 4 completed in Windows 10 tonight and works. Requires a new folder "Software" to be added to root directory of hard drive for CD to install correctly. Shortcut was added to desk top and first launch opened Photosuite and was editing photo's on first run NOTE: The "Software Folder" will be empty after install and can be deleted Edited September 12, 2016 by Rob C. sknis
Thanks for letting us know. Good luck; some people have had Roxio/Corel programs work for a short time and then crash never to work again. This was originally posted in the forum dedicated to PhotoShow which has been obsolete for many years. By the way, PhotoSuite is no longer for sale. I guess that sales were not great or, because Corel has a lot of image editing programs, it was dropped in favor of one of those. I 've been using PS 4.0 on a Compaq running Windows XP but now I want to use it on a laptop running Windows 10. If I understand correctly ,I first have to create a folder named Software on the c: drive, then create a shortcut to that folder on the desktop, and finally install as usual with the PS 4.0 CD? And will I have to run it in a compatibility mode?

Photosweet
It worked fine! I just allowed the installation exe to choose where to install PS4 (program files x86), didn’t force it to install in the new “software” folder. Incredible! Thanks to Rob C and his single posting herein!
