Error Code 8004005

I have no idea what I am doing so bought the easy dvd burning software in hopes that it would be easy. It hasn't been... First it said that I needed an updated quiktime for my movies so I did that. Now it is saying error 80004005 when I try to move the home videos onto the disc in the create a dvd section. I am so not computer savvy and am soooooo frustrated!!!

 

Any help would be so appreciated... but it really has to be dumbed down for me!!!

When did you buy Easy DVD burning and from whom. If you bought it from Roxio/Corel recently, perhaps there is a better option.

 

Provide us with the information on your computer via dxdiag.exe.(link) In the meantime, does your computer meet all these requirements (link)?
