Are you using the on-line version or desktop version? I'n not having the issue you posted with the desk top version.

No, you cannot make a DVD from the on-line version. The problem will not be fixed because the technology is too old. You can make a video file from the desktop PhotoShow program and then use a free program to encode and burn that file to a disc. IMGBurn is one such program. Be careful of spam.

Why did you not respond to your earlier post? It is always good to do so so we can see if we helped or if you need any different suggestions.

Using the desktop version. I have downloaded and made DVD using another program with no problem. Using desktop version. I have contacted Corel and gone thru about 6 attempts to resolve with no solution. I have uninstalled and redownloaded program. Do you know what makes the blank spots on the photoshow. It may be where I deleted a picture not sure. Thanks,

My guess is that the images that were/are there were too high a resolution. If they are, PhotoShow, screws up. Remember that you are making a standard 720 by 480 so there is no benefit for using anything much higher than that.

Use a image editing program to bulk change the resolution of those pictures. Add those either before or behind where you have the blank spaces and delete the blanks. Do a Internet search for a Windows editing program for your version of Windows.

My suggestion is just a guess. There may be other reasons for your problem.
