TheAlexvideo 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2016 My problem is when I try to login to Twitch, the popup comes up, I type my username and password (correctly) and I press login and it just becomes unresponsive and closes. Is there any fix to this? I have the latest update.

0 Jim_Hardin 418 Report post Posted October 23, 2016 (edited) Alex: none of the regulars (mods) are not gamers, thus we don't stream. As a result, we don't have any first hand experience or solutions for this I would suggest that you contact Twitch or some Twitch user group and see if they can suggest something for you. Please keep us informed of your progress! Edited October 24, 2016 by Jim_Hardin left out a word

0 Alvinoconvino 0 Report post Posted December 5, 2016 I just have the same problem. I have tried to fix it by downloading the newest packs and trying it in different computers. None of that worked. I'd really want to fix this problem, or at least finding an alternative way of streaming console games in Twitch.

0 Joe Grover 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2017 I also have this issue, and it crashes in Windows 7 as well. I'd rather use OBS personally, but I can't get the device to work there, either.
0 Aghanim 1 Report post Posted April 25, 2017 There is currently no resolution for this I can tell you. Along with upload to facebook and youtube. You can contact technical support but do not expect a lot from them cuz they have no idea as well. All they can do is gather your files and file a report or sumthing to be submitted to "Developers" (who are hopefully even checking or working for this). Perhaps Twitch had some updates that Roxio was not aware of. Maybe changes on servers I'm not sure.
