Rendering Problem

Question

Hi there,

 

Can you help? Every time I try to render a project it comes up with an error screen saying "the operation completed succesfully" and does not render my project. It worked fine before. I have even tried rendering a previous project that worked before and it still comes up with the same error. I have tried repairing the software and uninstal/reinstalling the software but still not luck.

I have windows 10 (64 bit). Intel pentium 2.3 gHz with 6 GB of RAM.

Download the SP2 update 452mb the full updated program and run it.

 

Download Service Pack 2.0 (7.4 MB)What's New?

Once the patch is downloaded, unzip it to your Desktop. Make sure Roxio Game Capture HD PRO isn't running, then double click on the RoxioGameCaptureHDPROServicePack2.0.exe file to install it and reboot your computer once completed.

It takes about 30 mins or so for a 22 minute video in software or hardware mode but with "Enable Intel Enhanced for Corel™/NVIDIA/ATI Stream technology to speed up video render" deselected. ​But it doesn't work in either mode when "Enable Intel Enhanced for Corel™/NVIDIA/ATI Stream technology to speed up video render" is selected.

Do you have a compatible video card and the correct drivers installed for NVIDIA/ATI Stream??

I have Intel®HDGraphics2000. I don't know if I have correct drivers installed. But why is it that it worked before and no longer works now when I haven't changed anything on my computer.

 

 

Did it work before upgrading to W-10?

 

From what I’ve read, Intel does not have plans to develop Windows 10 graphics drivers for the 2nd Generation Intel Core Processor family. Please visit your PC manufacturer’s web site for the latest drivers and updates specific to your system.
