Roxio Nxtpro5 Error 0652 Program Wont Install

trying to install roxio nxtpro5 download it from line after purchase. it started to install says i have to finish installing the other install of roxio before i can install this one. there are no installs in the programs control panel.

 

I have had and installed roxio since 2005.............. i guess i will clean my register.

if anyone has and clues as to what to do let me know or i will be returning the program.

I would suggest downloading and saving the files to our hard drive so you will have a backup and also burn copies to DVD.

 

Then install the program from the download files on your hard drive with all running programs shut off including antivirus/firewall software.
