My Roxio Hd Pro Keeps Disconnecting

HI I REALLY NEED HELP WHENEVER I TRY TO RECORD OR WHEN EVERYTHING IS HOOKED UP I CAN SEE WHATS ON BOTH SCREENS BUT AT ANY RANDOM TIME IT DISCONNECTS FOR LIKE ON SECOND WHICH STOPS MY RECORDING AND SAYS NO SIGNAL THEN I HAVE TO EXIT THEN DO IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND ITS SO ANNOYING PLEASE HELP!

Don't really need to use the Cap Lock

 

Guessing that 'both screens' implies your Playing screen and your Preview pane in the software?

 

Most likely it is in your cabling or connectors. The line and connections from your game machine or the line/connections to your PC. Check them for any looseness and make sure they are stable and not swinging in the breeze.

 

It is possible that it is in the RGC Device itself. Heat is a consideration, make sure it has plenty of free air and not being cooked by your game machine or PC.

but only sometimes it works then like 30 min later it disconnects but only rarley and also theres a buzzing noise when i record any help?

Did you do what I suggested?

 

The 30 minutes points to heat but that could be the device or the cables. Won't know until you test
