Grandpakenny
I started ripping CDs about 1995, but I took a few years off. I just bought last year's model of Easy CD & DVD Burning, version 14.0.49.2; 5.0.0.0. I am getting track tags just fine, but I have to create the artist folder, and album folder manually. I was using Roxio years ago, and this was done for me. I looked for a switch but can not find one. Is it me, or did this function go away. Thanks
Brendon
You have two choices when ripping, 'Rip' or 'Rip - Advanced'. The built-in ripper is a very simple Sonic module, so I always use the Advanced ripper, which runs the proper Roxio module, even if I'm only doing one CD. In the Roxio Ripper, hit the Settings button and in the Settings box enable the subfolder structure checkbox. There are lots of useful settings in there. Please come back to me here in this forum if anything isn't clear or if you need some help. Regards, Brendon
Grandpakenny
I am back on easy street. Thanks. There were a couple of blips, I checked the music folder before I hit the finish button and tracks were stacked, no folders. Bummer. I trusted you, ran it again, with the finish, and success. Thanks very much.
