Zemmy Posted December 17, 2016 Report Share Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) This problem occurs everytime i double click the roxio program I had problems exaclty like this all i did was reset my computer and it was fixed, but this time it won't work. Your PC runs a 'Processor: Intel® Celeron® CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz' Although it meets the minimum CPU size requirement a Celeron CPU is inferior in it's design and performance capability's.
