Activation

I have spent about 3 hours trying to install easy vhs to dvd software. I have registered the product key (registration not easy to find), but I still can't install it because I am told it is not activated. I can't find anywhere how to activate it. The vhs to dvd may be easy but installing the software is one of the most frustrating things I have ever done.

Please confirm the version you have....... Easy VHS to DVD or Easy VHS to DVD 3 ?.

Where did you buy the software?

 

Did the clerk activate it at the Point of Sale?
