Simple Slide Show - Where Did It Go?

Question

Ok so I'll be the first to admit I totally under use Roxio. I shelled out the $$ today to upgrade from NXT 2 all the way to PRO 5. I wasn't prepared for so many items being "gone". Right now I'm simply trying to add a slide show of photos to my DVD project. Each month I take all of our videos and photos and I burn them to a DVD so my folks can enjoy.. Now I can't figure out how to do that.. I was expecting an upgrade meant more options not a ton less..I usually choose my own background, add videos, add a slide show of the photos and also chose the "Seasons Chapter" format. With Pro 5 none of those options are there..

any guidance is GREATLY appreciated!!!

Hay! I always liked V6

But GPB is right, they really ripped the heart out of the NXT Suites in 4 & 5 :(

If you need to use for Compatibility with Win 10 there are some workarounds.

I am not a fan of Menus other than an initial pause to get my popcorn settled. Of the 300+ DVD's and BD's I have, I only recall the Menu of ONE.

If you want to use a menu, while your options are next to nothing, 'Seasons' Theme does still exists.

If you want to go it without a menu, plays on insert, you can create the file in VideoWave or Slideshow Assistant and burn the file in Copy and Convert Video.

Other than that and what GPB suggests, that's what we have to live with now
