Crashes Every Time I Try To Add A File To Dvd Rom Area

Question

I am running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.3 on a Mac Mini 2014 with the latest 2.3 Toast DVD software. every time I try to add a file. it happens consistently without fail on my system. please help!

Could you explain this a bit better, the long version?

I open Toast DVD, add videos as usual, then check include DVD-ROM content, click change... and either the + button to add anything or drag and drop any file, photo, etc and it instantly crashes with the message above in the crash dialog. I am running Sierra 10.2.4
