Video Convertor Not Working Nxt 5

I have NXT 5 try to convert video and it stops whe I click on video to convert. Also get message Roxio Cineplayer Deocder wants to install but I say ok it says decoder pack not in that location I tried looking everywhere on my hard drive I can't find it.

 

Can anyone help

I think you need to do a proper repair to see if that will put things back in order for you...

First thing to do is to turn off your Anti Virus, Firewalls, Registry Cleaners, etc.

Now insert your Roxio Disc. (or your download installer)

Don’t do any updates at this time (get it running first)

When you reach the screen where Repair is offered, choose that!

When the Repair completes, turn your AV & Firewall back on and reboot.
