Create Dvd's Won't Launch

I just bought easy CD&DVD burning (physical disk) for my lenovo ideapad 300 on windows 10, and for 3 days now can't get DVD creator to open (unlike all other tools). Keep on getting message low display setting. My display setting are actually set to max as recommended by manufacturer. Any idea?

In Windows 10, go to Windows Settings > Display Settings.

 

Make sure the slider "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" is set to the recommended 100% where mine is shown.

 

 

 

 

Often this complaint from the Roxio program is caused by having this value set to greater than 100%.

Resolution 1600 x 900

Color parameter all set to system default

Calibration is where I try to launch something since I wasn't seeing anything relative to a 16 or 32 bit setting.
