No Sound In Video File

I have Creator NXT Pro 5 since few days ago, and I tried to edit a video file with Videowave but I couldn´t play it with sound. Few days ago I had NXT 4 and yes, I could edit it without problems, with sound.

Does anyone have any idea what cause could be the source of this issue?

(The Windows 10 player and other players can play the sound without problems)

I'll have to boot into a NXT 5 image and test this ( Format AC-3 )

I hope Roxio didn't muck up the use of AC3 Audio in videowave.

I installed the NXT Pro 5 in another computer and there wasn´t any problem with the sound of that type of video file.

Therefore, I´ll format the PC where the video file problem occurs.

Additionaly, with those tests in wich I installed/uninstalled, I got the "Key was used too many times" issue. I had to contact the support for reseting the key counter.

Now I´m ready to format the PC with a clean installation of the OS and NXT Pro 5. I hope the program can work fine.
