2009 Creator Ultimate

Gerry J

Question

I know it's old BUT I have created some great DVD's in the past. I just updated Service pack-4 for Windows 7. At least now the Main will Open. But now I can't open Create DVD ADVANCE. The error is with pixel and bit size. I currently have more then the requested sizes but the error continues.

Is this your operating system, SQL 7.0 Server SP4?

The software was never made to run on the OS.

So you're using Creator 2009 with SP4 applied?

It should work okay, but it looks as if your screen resolution is messed up.

Try this:

-open Screen Resolution in your Control Panel. Click on that item "Make text and other items larger or smaller"

In the resulting box, check and make sure the size is set to Smaller - 100% (default)

That should tidy your pixel and bit sizes and let you operate all of Creator 2009. Please let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Brendon
