when I started the new install everything was normal until a break point that is a major POINT during the install IS when it comes to the point to install wanting me to CHOOSE a repair, custom or quit to install the Pro content which is Paintshop Pro 8 & WINDVDPRO. i ALWAYS Choose REPAIR. What other logical choice is there? Well this time I choose CUSTOM . Installed them individualy. Completed with no problems. Rebooted the computer. I BACKED UP THE CreatorNXT5 directory with Roxio "Burn Data Disk" with no problem. Then I went to "Record Your Screen". got ERROR 5,6,7.8.9.10. File screenshots jpg's named >>>
I am disgruntled to the breaking point. I do NOT give up easily. Will you address the issue of the install issue listed above regarding the option of Repair, Custom or Quit. Please?

I am really really burned out on this NOT still working. Outside of wiping a hard drive clean and installing it again I am lost by the simple "as re-installing it again". It is NOT working. I know "Record Was working I tested it and it worked great". The "Create DVD" always crashes. Never has ran. I am thinking I need to create a project BEFORE I use it? Sorry but all indications from Microsoft indicate saying that I somehow erased a system file "3d3x9_33.dll" from c:\Windows\System32 or c:\Windows\SysWOW64
Questions I have : 1) How to you want me to "uninstall" from Windows- Uninstall OR USE the Install Roxio NXT Interface used to "Install Roxio"
2) Can I do "a simple Roxio NXT 5 (without the "PRO" ) ? and just see if THAT works?
