Hello, I recently bought a pre-owned Roxio GameCap. Since it was pre-owned it did not come with a software disc. I have tried using several other programs like OBS. I never seem to get a actual image to be visible. It will show just greens lines and a black background. So is there any alternatives I could use? If not is there a way I can get the GameCap software?

Sure. Contact the person, who you bought it from, and tell him that you want the disc. Your 2nd sentence, in your post, is nonsense. Pr-owned does not mean it comes without the disc. You just got burned. You should get your money back.

What does all pay for software ask you to enter when installing?

 

Without the CD-Key for the software you are dead in the water!

Which device to you actually have?

(Game Capture or Game Capture HD Pro)

 

Do you have any of the included software?

 

Don you have the CD Key for the software that should have came with it? Can the previous owner provide you any of this?

 

I don't think OBS will run it because without the software, you don't have the necessary drivers installed. The ones Windows installs are wrong!
