Jam 6.0.3 Updater Link Broken, Run In Parallels In 10.6.8?

Question

Looking to resurrect old cd projects created in Jam 6. Tried to set up 10.6.8 in virtual machine in Parallels 12 on a mac pro running Sierra.

Many adventures later, Toast 11 works, but it worked in Sierra. Toast 8.0.5 crashes on launch, as does Jam 6.0.2.

Toast 11 says the old CD project files are corrupt. The old link to download the Jam 6.0.3 update does a website error.

Any hope for these legacy project files? I have some in sd2f, but not all.

Jam v6.0.3 is from 2005. You may have to roll back as far as Mac OS X 10.2 – 10.4. Mac OS X 10.6.8 may be too new for it. For v6.0.2 from 2004, go back to 10.3, as v.6.0.3 fixed something (mounting disc images) for 10.4 compatibility. This is PPC era; before the Intel chips. Parallels Desktop v6 or later don’t even support Mac OS X 10.4.x or earlier.

I have been running Jam 6.0.3 on 10.6.8 (native) with no issues. I don't think it can run on any further beyond this OS (at least without virtual assistance.)
