Rgc Hd Pro Capture Software Crashes On Launch

Title is pretty self explanatory. I have tried reinstalling when reading others post as suggested. I have checked for updates and repairs. It has also worked in the past, streamed one day, woke up the next and it would not launch.

It doesn't crash but just goes back to the startup?

 

Any idea what Windows or other update wrecked it overnight? Have you checked the dates of updates and tried removing the ones from that range of dates?

 

I have 3 or 4 different repair recommendations posted. Could you tell which one you tried? the most involved

Yeah it goes back to the startup.

I have no idea what changed, It was a little bit ago.

I tried messing with files in the x68 program files as suggest by a technical support agent from roxio.

I also tried the one thing you have suggested to many people in the past using the Revo uninstaller.

The more vague you are the longer this takes.

 

What exact steps with Revo? Have you treid the one with the New User account?

 

After using the Revo uninstaller, are you using your disc or the SP2 download to reinstall the program? (which ever one you used, try it with the other)
