Can't Reinstall The Cd On My Pc Beacuse I Dont Have My Product Key

Hello,

 

If you "Registered" the program when you first installed it, your product key would be preserved in the "My Account" section of the Roxio site. That's the purpose of registration - to preserve your key.

 

If you have still got the software installed on another computer, there are programs out there (such as the Magical Jellybean) which can display the key which was used for the install. You should use one of these and read the key before you uninstall the Roxio software from the other computer - since your licence only allows an install on one computer at a time.

 

Once you have the key back, REGISTER the software or otherwise preserve the key because you're lost without it.

Do an Internet search for the term "product key finder" and you'll get a large number of results. Pick one which suits you.

The first couple on that list look useful. The second entry compares a bunch of keyfinders.

 

Pick one, download and run it on the machine which has the Roxio software already installed. It should show you the Roxio key. WRITE IT DOWN and preserve it, then use it to reinstall the software on your new laptop.
