Unable To Create Transitions Between Tracks

I have been using easy cd & DVD burning for several years on a windows 8.1 system. Now I can no longer create any transitions between tracks. .I have uninstalled and reinstalled the CD, No change. I have Installed the CD on 2 other computers that are Windows XP, No change.

 

I have contacted tech support by email but they offer no solution. Does Roxio put a time limit on their CD's that after several years they start causing problems?

 

Any information would be helpful.

I suspect you are referring to fading with an audio CD?

Usually they cause problems right from the start

 

Seriously though, which version of Easy CD & DVD Burning are you using? (See Help > About this software) Is it version 10 or version 14?

 

Can you step me through what you do in XP so I can try it out in mine? (I don't have Windows 8 - ran away from it)
