Hi,

My Roxie easy vhs to dvd 3 plus is not working. The application opens but when I click record or record, edit, and save I get a message saying that it stopped working. I have tried reinstalling, updating, and using the disk to repair it but I still get the same message every time. I have Windows 10 enterprise 1703. Previously When I had windows 10 home it worked fine but right now I dont know why its not working. Thank you very much for anybodys help.

Call/email Roxio tech support and ask of W-10 Enterprise 1703, is a valid OS for your software that isn't working.

1703 is a windows update version. I have it on one of my W10 Pro computers and I am running

Easy DVD to VHS 3 plus and it's working OK. The latest W10 update version is 1709.

to check just run winver and it will show you which version you have.
