Lost my Roxio download CD and activation Key after my computer hard drive was corrupted

I still have all the physical equipment for my Roxio gamecap HD pro but after my computers hard drive was corrupted I've lost all my software. I've lost the CD long ago and I've tossed the paper sleeve with the requirement key so even if I could find my CD I couldn't activate the software. please help
