sgt angelos 0 Report post Posted August 11, 2018 i am having issues after this current update where i am trying to add a video file to a edit and a error message pops up saying "one or more of the files you are trying to add require Quicktime 7.04 or higher, and have not been added" i have the latest quicktime and the issue still there even after resetting my pc twice Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
0 Jim_Hardin 418 Report post Posted August 14, 2018 That can be a sticky one to fix. I suggest you try to re-process the clip. Use something like VideoLAN or any other converter and have it translate it to some other format. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
0 pwillis681 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2020 I don't have an answer, but I have a related question. I got the same message as Sgt. Angelos when I tried to load a video from an iPhone. I located this thread and, following your advice, I used VLC to convert the video to an mp4 file. I was able to successful get Videowave to accept the converted video file, but the audio was gone.
